Speech... for me.

First, SPEECH IS HARD.


Yeah. I'm not telling you a lie. It's true, dude; and speech is as hard as writing gore fanfic. But this post is my opinion--I don't care what do you think about my opinion.


Speech means believing in yourself; speech means speaking in front of a lot people; speech means many to say; and speech means how to steal audience's attention.


BELIEVING IN YOURSELF. That, for me, means many things. I'm not believing in myself at first, before I come in front of class to do the speech--but when I started to say "Assalamu'alaikum", the not-confident sensation is gone. I'll be confident, VERY confident, till the end of speech.


SPEAKING IN FRONT OF A LOT PEOPLE. It's the first thing you have to know before do the speech--be brave for speaking in front of a lot people. You know, the most effective way to solve your shame-problem is: just think that the audience is a quiet statue. Think that the audience is just a friend who wants to know about what we want to say. And maybe, you can put them as your friends who wants to hear your story. Think that you are THE BEST. Insya Allah, that will make you confident to speak in front of a lot people.


MANY TO SAY. Speech = giving audience an useful information. So you have to prepare the materials for speech. And, you have to learn how to say the materials loudly. Prepare your voice, and make sure that you'll say it LOUD. Remember, LOUD. Not SMALL.


HOW TO STEAL AUDIENCE'S ATTENTION. It's the most important! You have to steal the audiences attention. The way to get the attention is confident, speak loud, and don't feel shame. Think: I'm the winner! If you get the attention, trust me--you will more confident than before, because you'll think: "I get it! All of people look at me--it's means that I'm good!" Hahaha :D
